• Process, track and report orders on platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, Website)
• Customer consultation, message response, problem solving
• Update product information, prices, promotions

II. We need you:

• College degree or higher (priority given to Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing...)
• Know how to use Google Sheet, Capcut, Canva
• Have >6 months experience in online sales/e-commerce
• Prioritize the Have you ever processed Shopee, TikTok Shop or Facebook Shop orders?
• Personal laptop, proactive attitude - honest - good teamwork
