VelaGroup organized an internal training session on "Building an AI Chatbot to automatically close orders and take care of customers" for managers and employees from projects and member units to improve working skills and encourage the spirit of updating new technology.

VelaGroup identifies people – especially the leadership team – as the key factor for businesses to adapt quickly, innovate promptly and grow in the long term. With that orientation, on May 29-30, 2025, VelaGroup participated in the CEO Group Coaching program.

The internal training program “Problem-solving methodology in management” has provided the Vifiba team with systematic thinking tools, effective brainstorming implementation methods and practical action thinking.

The training session “Super Fast Content with AI – 7 ‘Weapons’ GenZ Must Know in E-commerce” helped improve the mindset of using AI of VelaGroup team in e-commerce marketing.

The training program “Smart Hiring – AI Application in JD Building & CV Screening” helps the HR team at VelaGroup access modern AI tools to optimize the recruitment process, from writing JD to analyzing and filtering candidate profiles.
