VelaGroup organized an internal training session on "Building an AI Chatbot to automatically close orders and take care of customers" for managers and employees from projects and member units to improve working skills and encourage the spirit of updating new technology.

The internal training program “Problem-solving methodology in management” has provided the Vifiba team with systematic thinking tools, effective brainstorming implementation methods and practical action thinking.
The training session “Super Fast Content with AI – 7 ‘Weapons’ GenZ Must Know in E-commerce” helped improve the mindset of using AI of VelaGroup team in e-commerce marketing.
