I. Your job at VelaGroup:

• Follow & Processing orders exported to the US: from the time of placing the order to successful delivery
• Working with international shipping units (USPS, UPS, FedEx...)
• Checking tracking, processing pending/lost/delay orders
• Supporting the Sales team to verify addresses and order information for US customers
• Coordinating with partners in the US to control inventory, packaging & delivery
• Reporting order status & Propose solutions to problems that arise
• Coordinate with accounting, warehouse, customer care to ensure smooth operations

II. We need you:

• Male/Female, 22–27 years old
• University graduates in the following majors: International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade,...
• No experience required, training will be provided
• Good English communication skills
• Careful, proactive, logical thinking and responsible
• Willing to work in different time zones when supporting orders urgent
